Operations Support Specialist


Assist operation manager with setting up and provisioning new customers on our SaaS platform. Need to be familiar with the following:

  • Verbal and written communication (strong email copywriting)
  • Time Management
  • Organization skills
  • Data Entry
  • Google Workspaces
  • Docusign
  • CRM (Copper)
  • File Conversion (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Collecting data (emails, contact info)

Need to be great with interacting with customer

The ideal candidate can work independently and collaborate with a team using online tools.

CUSTOMER SERVICE Email, Chat, Phone Social media management Problem solving Detailed Oriented

Must have a computer with high quality internet access. Must use audio/video for communications (Meet, Slack, Chime, Teams). Must be able to work during US Time Zone Business hours
